Business Development Manager in Medical Technology (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
- Identification and analysis of new market and business opportunities in the field of medical technology
- Preparation and optimization of the marketplace positioning of our products and contribution to the creation of product roadmaps
- Establishment and maintenance of relationships with clinics, doctors, research institutions, distributors, and strategic partners
- Development and implementation of market entry and growth strategies
- Close collaboration with marketing, sales, product management, and regulatory affairs departments
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and industry events for networking and market observation
- Negotiation of contracts, cooperation agreements, and licensing models
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments (MDR, FDA, ISO 13485)
- Support in strategic planning and corporate development
- Preparation of business plans, forecasts, and reporting to management
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or product management – ideally in medical technology or a regulated healthcare environment
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (MDR, ISO 13485, FDA regulations is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a professional demeanor
- Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical skills, and a structured working style
- High willingness to travel and enthusiasm for networking
- Completed studies in medical technology, biomedicine, business administration, health economics, or a comparable field
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
