Finance Manager (m/f/d)
Are you the person we are looking for?
Your Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for financial planning, reporting, and budget control
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (and IFRS if applicable)
- Liquidity planning, cash flow management, and forecasting
- Interface to external accounting
- Support of management in investment decisions and financial strategies
- Optimization of financial processes as well as liaison with banks, tax consultants, and auditors
- Conducting variance analyses, deviation assessments, and KPI reporting
- Participation in funding and investment projects as well as financing rounds (if relevant)
- Close collaboration with controlling, HR, and other departments
Your Profile:
- Several years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards (HGB, ideally also IFRS)
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification
- Analytical and structured working style, strong affinity for numbers
- Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and hands-on mentality
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
