Sales Manager in Medical Technology (m/f/d)
Are you the person we are looking for?
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales of medical technology products in national and international markets
- Support and expansion of customer relationships with clinics, doctors, purchasing groups, and distributors
- Independent acquisition of new customers and business partners
- Conducting product presentations, training sessions, and workshops on-site at the customer’s location
- Preparing offers, negotiating contracts, and closing sales agreements
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses, and industry events to present our solutions
- Market and competitor analysis as well as identification of new sales opportunities
- Close collaboration with marketing, product management, and business development
Your Profile:
- Professional experience in medical technology sales, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is an advantage
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in healthcare (MDR, ISO 13485, possibly FDA regulations)
- Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and persuasiveness
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented working style
- High willingness to travel and enthusiasm for customer contact
- Completed studies in medical technology, natural sciences, business administration, or a comparable qualification
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
